**Is It Easy To Return Items?**

Absolutely! We strive to make your return process as smooth as possible. You have a generous 14-day window from the day you receive your package to initiate a return. Simply kickstart the process by reaching out to us via email at customersupport@hylawear.com.

When you do, please ensure you include:

- Your Order Number.
- If seeking an exchange, clearly state the item size and style SKU you received and the one you wish to receive in exchange. For example: "I received style # XXX in size XX, please exchange it for style # XXX in size XX."
- For returns, kindly specify the item style # and quantity you wish to return.

Rest assured, our dedicated customer service team will get back to you within 1-2 business days—or the next available business day after a holiday—with all necessary instructions.

**How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?**

Expect your refund or store credit to be processed within 5 days after our warehouse team receives and inspects your item, ensuring a swift and seamless experience.

**What Items Can Be Returned?**

- Items must be purchased and received within the last 14 days.
- Any item purchased at regular price or during a special sale or promotion is eligible for return.

**What Items Are Non-Returnable and non Refundable?**

- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return requirements.
- Returns on bundles are not accepted.
- Items marked as final sale on the sale page are not returnable.

**What If My Item Is Damaged When It Arrives At The Warehouse?**

Should an item be received damaged at our warehouse, it will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

**Is The Return Free?**

- For returns: There is a nominal re-stocking fee of $5.00, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund to ensure fairness and cover processing expenses.


- For exchanges: We are pleased to provide a shipping label via email at no extra cost and will ship your new item free of charge once we receive the original item in good condition. Note that you are allowed one exchange per order per item, making it convenient for you to get the perfect fit or style.
